For anyone who didn't know, you can convert your saved battle replays into AVI files, which can be uploaded to youtube. It's very easy to do. So, in this thread, post some vids of your best Dissidia fights. I'm currently working on getting a recording of me getting a perfect kill on every character at Maximum cpu, level 105, on the Vicious nature. I'm actually about done, but so far I've only uploaded 2 of them. I'll post the rest eventually, but for now, enjoy. These are both 105/9/9, and both are flawless victories. I also ended them both with my favorite cheap trick.

The first one is 105 Tidus (com) vs my 100 Emperor and the second one is Onion Knight 100 vs Cloud 105 (com) In the Ok-Cloud one I perform a Perfect Battle and in the Emperor one I get near perfect (Did take HP Damage, but it was 0)

I only call a match perfect if you were never hit, even by BP attacks, but that's just me. But yeah, max difficulty computers can be remarkably stupid at times. I'll upload a few more of mine tomorrow, got one of Golbez running into like 5 consecutive meteors.

I thought the max CPU Behavior was Extreme. Vicious just makes them want to kill you more than anything. Extreme makes them take a safe approach, and they tend to block and dodge more.

Whatever, I'll give you something pretty soon.

I've heard that often myself, but they seem to act rather idiotic when I put it on Extreme. Of course that probably has something to do with the way I play, whiffed dodges and blocks are enormous openings for me.

Then the OK match was a perfect, even by your standards, or did I miss an attack? I thought I took no damage period in that one

Very nice. I'm honestly not sure if I could take your Exdeath. Proper defensive fighting is the bane of a Seph user.

With practice, a Seph user can pierce through Exdeath's defenses with mind-gaming.

Exdeath is very much open if any of his guards are mistimed.

I do it all the time, but it's much harder to **** with him than it is to **** with anyone else... Except perhaps Jecht in the Japanese version, but they nerfed Jecht Block hard in the NA version. Though I am finding that I can usually get an Exdeath player to block prematurely if I rush with a Hell's Gate. But all in all, a good Exdeath player is a Seph user's worst nightmare. And, I'm uploading 2 vids right now, one just finished, quality is probably still bad lol.

Firion I've never been able to play right with, I'm a big time aerialist, and Firion just doesn't do too well in the air. I've seen a few good Firion users though, he's a nightmare in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing. As for Zidane, I'm not sure why so many people like using him. only moves of his I really like are Grand Lethal and Free Energy. At least for my style of play, Tidus does everything Zidane does, but better. Only thing I can say Zidane has over Tidus is the option of Shift Break spamming... which I've never been forced to resort to. I'll be uploading some more in the near future, I've misplaced my PSP for the time being <.<

I'm fairly certain a level 96's base HP is higher than that... even with rusted armor you couldn't get a level 90 to be that weak. Not to mention the fact that you started with over 5k bravery, that alone could just indicate that you use resins, but the fact that his base bravery was only 300 something shoots down that thought. I'd be amazed if that Garland was even half your level. With that kind of advantage a 21 second match is slow. I can drop Chaos in about 20 seconds total, all 3 forms, with that kind of advantage.

Lying about the level of your opponent moves you no closer to becoming said master. Keep at it, learn one character, and before you know it you'll be pulling off 20 second victories on things above your level. In all honesty, using the proper setup, a match against an enemy that much weaker than you can end in under 2 seconds. Just for shits and giggle I think I'll go record a vid of that now...

@Heartless Oh, just watched the Max CPU Golbez vid, and that's how I trained my Sephiroth when he was becoming my first level 100! Maybe the Black Materia has a Reatardation effect on the CPU lol I think I have a video of it, but my USB cable is hiding from me again

As promised, a 2 second kill. This was suprisingly fun to do. I might've shaved a few extra miliseconds off if I used omni dash instead of free air, but I dislike using omni. Also my dash wasn't perfectly straight, so i lost a fraction of a second there, but still managed to put down a level 90 in under 2 seconds. Enjoy.

It's alot easier than it sounds. I did explain it kinda poorly there... let me try to clarify it.

First you need a full EX guage, do NOT go into EX mode, you have to be in normal mode to perform the M-cancel.

Set Hell's gate to neutral square, it makes it much easier to do.

Using a regular dash is easier than an omni, because it keeps you very close to the ground if dashing towards a grounded opponent.

ONLY use this on a grounded opponent, if you're airborne when you hit the attack, this move wont work. You have to be close enough to the ground for Hell's gate to register a ground impact. That doesn't mean you can't start the dash from the air, but when you actually unleash the attack, you've gotte be near the ground.

That said, assuming you have Hell's gate set to square, the combo is as follows...

Triangle+R (dash), at the end of the dash, close to the opponent, hit square, don't release it, keep it held down, then almost right after you hit square, tap R. You'll be in the beginning of the Hell's gate, you'll go into EX, and the game will register Hell's gate ending, but since you're on the ground, it will produce the ground explosion at the end of Hell's gate. In short...

Tri+R, press and hold Square, R (while still holding sqaure)

There's also a very small time window where this will allow you to chain into an EX burst too, but the timing for this is extremely difficult, so usually you won't be able to chain it into a Supernova. The timing for the move in general is a bit tricky, I recommend just setting Seph up with full Heike's, so you start the match with full EX without wasting resins, and just paractice it on a low level computer that you can one-hit kill. If you fail, just retry the match. Once you get the timing, it's pretty easy to pull off consistantly. I end alot of matches with this move, the first two vids I posted here also end with this move. It's very easy to abuse, and does wonders for pissing human players off.
