Which Class in ANY of the FF's would you most likely be and WHY?

Last thread for the day, HAPPY 4TH OF JULY EVERYBODY BE SAFE.

Personally I find that I most identify with the Warrior class. I enjoy close in your face combat and I on top it I can take a beating (my HP is high). Through time battles have been won with BRUTE FORCE, never diplomacy (see Civil,Revo,WW1,WW2,Korean Wars). Hence in the Final Fantasy realms you NEED your warrior/tank class.

However being that I am a Jack of All Trades IRL, it definetly translates into me being a Dragoon (IE Kimahri in FFX/CID FF7/Cecil FF4/Freya FF9,TFF Boards - that was a joke). As a Dragoon we dabble in magic (im not using any specific magic in the interest of not starting an argument), and close combat. I say it that way because spell casting is fun and OOOOOHHHHHHHHHH look at the pretty colors and effects, and nothing beats plunging a lance/sword/scythe/flail etc, RIGHT INTO THE ENEMIES HEART FOR A WHOPPING 9999 DMG.

Please I want as many responses I love hearing peoples personal preferences and not opinionated answers. Maybe we all will star in FFXVI :-P

geomancer, it would make tilling my garden 1000x easier. not to mention i'm not a huge fan of fighting, but am stubborn. so instead i could just hold my pavement and turn aggressors into stone.

I'm not really into physical confrontation, brute strength itself has never been appealing to me, I see myself more as a Black/White Mage, perhaps even a summoner, because having Shiva and Bahamut next to me would be beyond awesome.

I would be more of a Spellblade/Summoner class. I like using bladed weapons and being in your face while slicing you open and bathing in your blood, but I also like to throw some Destruction/Black Magic at you too ^_^ And sometimes having a magically enchanted blade on your side to increase damage output and target elemental weaknesses is a plus! Summoning is my favorite type of magic however. Being able to call down a creature with unfathomable powers, whether to help heal you, to deal insane damage to your foes, or to bring you to places you never thought you would get to see...gotta love it! ^_^

A Warrior type class would be cool. Maybe something a bit more advanced like a Knight or a Paladin. Being able to shrug off hits while covering and supporting my allies seems like it would be right up my alley.

I've always been interested in the various forms of magic though, so maybe a hybrid of a Black Mage with supportive buffing magic. I'd say a Red Mage but Mystic Knights really have the best of both worlds when it comes to Magic + Physical Attacks.

So yeah sign me up for a Mystic Knight, prefferably one that can Dual Wield too.

Gunner would probably be my class I am most likely to match up with. Long range fighter with a strong technical knowledge, perhaps machinist from FF Tactics or somesuch.

Ok, so I read it as what class do you think would represent who you are, rather than which one would you like to be the most. Perhaps I was the only one?

-I do agree that you were the only person who answered the topic question correctly. But in the interest of fairness I should clarify that THe class which respresents you, is more or less the class that you want to be TO A DEGREE. But I have been enjoying the answers and now im adding a part 2 to the question. DISREGARDING CLASS, which Final Fantasy world (use a numbere to from 1-XIII-2. 14 aint been reborn yet and 15 has not been released. LOVE to hear some cool replies.

On second thought, I would make for a pretty solid Bard. I'm always singing and whistling everywhere I go, and I generally view myself as a supporter rather that a front lines person. Can I be a bard with a gun? Is that legal? ^_^

Now the FF world is a toughie, I mean X is pretty vibrant and blitzball... I think I would go with 8 even though it isn't my favorite FF I like its world.

I forgot I would also choose Mimic. I love using a Mime in FF games. Dual Cast Ultima with Terra? Hey Gogo.

and I loved the version of it in FFV. You can make your ultimate character.
