Post Characters for the next Dissidia game

Here's some of my ideas for characters appearing in the next Dissidia game should they decide to make one.

    1: Sazh Katzroy

    Game: FFXIII

    Fighting Style: Wild Shooter

    EX Mode: Sugar and Rainbows

    EX Burst: Cold Blood

    Manikin: Fleeting Inferno

Sazh utilises the ATB bar found in FFXIII for battle. His bravery attacks are mainly taken from his three primary roles found in the game, allowing Sazh to attack with his guns, cast spells and cast buffs on himself. The HP attacks are either taken from his Eidolon Brynhildr or original attacks, usually referencing the other FFXIII characters. Commands can be stacked on the ATB bar one at a time and used by pressing a button. Some commands can take more than one segment and certain situations like Bravery Break can render the ATB bar unusable. His EX Mode has him equipping the Total Eclipses guns and gains the abilities to recharge a portion of the ATB bar after attacking and making the duration of the buffs longer. For his EX Burst, the ATB has to be filled within the time limit to successfully execute the Cold Blood attack, ending with a fiery explosion. A pacifist, his only desire is to find his son Dajh and return home. He is however a formidable opponent and should not be taken lightly. He usually likes to tag along with Squall and Lightning.

    2: Seifer Almasy

    Game: FFVIII

    Fighting Style: Unyildeing Slasher

    EX Mode: Sorceress Knight

    Ex Burst: Bloodfest

    Manikin: Transient Rival

Seifer specialises in quick, successive sword attacks and Fire Cross techniques he used in the original game. He soughs to defeat his rival Squall in battle and therefore travels across the world to find him, even battling fellow warriors of Chaos and Cosmos, all in order to find Squall. He therefore can be considered as a neutral character although he does feel attachment to Ultimecia. As a result, his EX Burst background shifts between the colours blue and orange to reflect this alignment. For his EX Mode, he does not gain noticeable changes to his appearance but gains a magical aura. His EX Burst is different from Squall and Ultimecia. Rather than pressing a certain button in succession, the player is instead required to press a sequence of buttons as they appear on screen to successfully execute Bloodfest.

Here's all of the character for now. If you have more characters in mind, feel free to tell them to me and I will make profiles for them.

Seifer would almost be a clone of Squall's character in the game. My first thought to why he was never put into it in the first place. But cool choice none the less.

I always thought a Blu Mage should be in the game. Problem is, every Blu Mage FF has introduced, are awesome. Kimarhi is cool. Strago is just Strago. Quina would be great to see. Quistis is technically a Blu Mage, she would be interesting actually. All 4 of them are great choices.

I also thought about Leon from FFII. Even thought every character learns the same as the rest of the party. But since he is labeled a Dark Knight he could be one in Dissidia, just maybe adding some extra skills due to FFII's system.

and then anyone from FFIX such as Steiner, Vivi (double magic yay), Freya would add magic skills to the Dragoon. Amarant is a nice mix of ninja and monk. Garnet and Eiko would be like playing Yuna I think. Even Blank and Marcus are good choices.

Crono from CT! He would make for a great combatant. His weapon style would be the Katanas he wields, his skills would range from his normal attacks to all his single techs and his EX move would be Luminare which is his ultimate lightning spell.

Cyan would be another great choice if Crono wasn't included, again another Katana wielder and his special attacks would be each of his 8 techniques he learns throughout FFVI. His EX move would be his desperation attack (don't remember the name).

I also think Sabin should be a good pick for battle. Sure, there's already a monk fighter in the dissidia roster but sabin's fighting styles are different compared to Tifa's. His normal attacks would be the punches and kicks, specials would be his different blitzes, EX move should either be phantom rush or his desperation. I think phantom rush would be a more appropriate EX finish though.

Seymour. He was intended for the original, but missed out. Yuna was put in 012 (and fair enough, there's more story potential with Yuna, Jecht, Tidus than Seymour, Jecht, Tidus).

Locke, Seifer & Balthier were all considered for the original as well, so I say throw them in. Sazh was considered for 012, so he'd be good too. Supposedly, they also thought about adding Kingdom Hearts characters (I'm not sure which one(s)), which I'm on the fence about.

Other than that; Red Mage, Leon, Xande, Rydia, Aerith, Vivi, a villian from XI (they've already got two heroes), someone from XIV (I know there's a lot of hate, but it's still an FF game...sadly).

    Seymour Guado

    Game: FFX

    Fighting Style: Elemental Blaster

    EX Mode: Seymour Omnis

    EX Burst: Requiem

    Manikin: Ephemeral Maester

Seymour can be best described as a combatant that utilises spells of all elements and chains them to create devastating attacks. Despite this, he also utilises attacks from his Flux form. His EX Mode causes him to become shimmering and transparent like his Omnis form fought within Sin. For his EX Burst, you need to rotate the analog stick to fill a meter. If the meter is filled to the maximum, the attack will be executed successfully.
