FFTA - How to get the Nosada Sword?

So my smithing level (in fact, all my clan levels) are much higher than 20, which I hear is the minimum level you need to get the Nosada Sword. Is there a certain mission you need to go on to get it, or does it just come up as a random event after completing a battle?

If i can recall correectly the Nosoda sword just apperars in the store at a ceartain level now i can't remember how often or what you have to do for the shop to update its stocks but im sure you know how it does. But that is if i can remember correctly.
