    Question about specific song track

    I was looking up the Final Fantasy IV main theme song to listen to and I came across this one result of it where it said main theme and it had an image of the Final Fantasy IV OST album, but when i listened to it, it was something different. Can anyone tell me what song this is from? (the song in question is the second one listed.)
