looking for map maker.

I was wondering if anyone had a program or is good at digital cartography, i don't have a scanner so its hard getting my maps onto computer. and well say im really bad at doing anything in paint. my stick men look like... well not stick men.

so if there is a site to a cartography program, or anyone who is good at that sort of thing.

Thanks been to the site before. the demos don't do much for me, and to get better i have to buy the whole thing. in college im living on a budget of $0.
