Well, after showing Ann some of the pics I've taken over the past summer, I've decided to post some of them.

Pic 1 is from the rock jetty out in Mattituck, NY, taken on a fishing trip with the boys.

Pics 2-4 were taken, I wanna say sometime in June 09, right after a ridiculous thunderstorm. Pic 2 is from my window, while the other 2 are from up on my roof. Pic 4 is going westward, towards Manhattan, but I wasn't really trying to capture any of those buildings.

Duder I have to say for one those are amazing and for 2 they are beautiful. I love Nature shots and Real life stills.

Now I am wanting to see more so you should post as many as possible those are really good. You have the Meier seal of approval and 2 thumbs up; kuddos.

Holy crap an update!

I'm actually really pissed at myself for not saving all of the pics from my myspace onto my new comp before I killed myspace, but through some magic, I found this little guy. It's on I-95 near Philly at some random rest stop.

The second one, as maybe some of you have seen before, it's from my roof, looking westward, down Queens Blvd, and in the distance you can see some of the Manhattan skyline all lit up.

I like your pics Pete. I especially like the first and fourth one in the first post, and both of the ones in your update. I kind of wish that the date and time wasn't there in the first picture in your update, but the sky is so beautiful that it's not a big deal. The second one in your update has lovely color and a great balance of city and sky.

I've never taken up photography, so I don't really know what else to comment on, but you do have some really nice pictures.

When you take your pictures, what kind of camera do you usually use?
