Hey guys, I dabble in drawing from time to time and decided I'd like to share some of my drawings with you. I have done mostly Dragonball Z in the past but I've always been a fan of the Final Fatasy and now Kingdom Hearts series so I decided to put up two of my drawings, one of the artwork on the cover of the KH 2 Strategy guide and the other of FFX-2 Yuna. Tell me what you think. Thanks

Thanks a lot I'm the type of sketcher that needs to see a model while I'm sketching and I try to get them almost a like. I appreciate the kind words, I'll put some more up soon too

Woow the first one is wonderful and done very well
the only thing i noticed is that the girl's arm is too thin while her hand is big alittle bit
other than that it's amazing !

Ok here are three more drawings. One of Tidus, one of Yuna from Final Fantasy X as a summoner, and the last one is Red XIII from Final Fantasy VII. Let me know what you think on them and feedback about my Final Fantasy music video in my last post would be greatly appreciated =)

I never watch a video for ffXIII and nor played it , that was just incredable ! the game looks exciting I donno how far square will go to impress us by such games ! what do you think of the game since you finished playing?
your drawing are cool but I feel Tidus's left arm is somewhat short , don't say what's wrong with this girl she only notices how hands are either big or short hah , but really I liked them and everything looks pretty good except what I noticed , and really Yuna is beautiful you made her almost looks exactly like in here

Thank you, I thought the game was fantastic. The graphics were stunning and although those scenes all looks like FMV's there is actually some gameplay in there which makes the game even more incredible. Beautiful scenery combined with the a great cast of characters and an great battle system make it a great game already. I def recommend getting it and playing through it, after you get used to the stunning graphics and world's you'll enjoy it.

Again thanks for the kind words and you can critique the arms and hands all you want haha I only notice it when you say something so you're helping me out. I stare at it for so many hours that I tend to not notice my errors haha. Thanks again

Alright here is my latest drawing of my favorite FF character Zidane. I used the Final Fantasy Dissidia model of him and I attached my drawing of him as well as the model that I was looking at in order to sketch Zidane out. Some things came out a little light because sections like his tail were a lot lighter in color then say his boots and since I only have pencil I tried to do what I could with shadowing. Hope you enjoy it =)

P.S. Himi ---> def took extra care with the hands and arms, had your advice in mind haha

His right hand was the one that bothered me the most lol I kept erasing it and trying it again bc his fingers were looking weird to me but I like how it came out in the end. Once again thank you for the kind words, very much appreciated. I was gonna do Squall or a good one of Cloud next but I'm open to suggestion if anyone wants to post a pic for me to draw. I'd prob use the Dissidia versions of Cloud and Squall like these:

I once tried my best to draw this one and It wasn't bad ^_^
I only draw her and focused on the hair and face coz it was hard to me to draw how she holds the wand in her hand

Haven't finished your request just yet Himi but I did complete another project of mine, another music video. This time using Final Fantasy IX (my favorite) and the song In the Shadows by 30 Seconds to Mars I think lol link is in my sig \/

I really like how clean your linework is. The piece of Zidane is brilliant- everything is well-proportioned and the creases in the clothing are done really nicely. I can't see any fault in it whatsoever- and I am quite a critical person (constructively though). I can see that there are some slight proportional issues with Tidus' limbs and 2nd Yuna's faceshape, but those things can take me a good deal of trial and error to get right too! Trying to get humanoid proportions right is normally a bit of a struggle with certain areas!

Haha you see what I mean about getting hands and faces to look right lol I wasn't kidding about it but I appreciate the nice comments. I've been practicing Zidane for so long since I really connected to him because it was my first Final Fantasy I played and he's my favorite character so I tend to draw him a lot. Finally got him exactly where I want him because the Dissidia version gave me a better template to use. Tidus' stinking hand was bothering me so much but I just was beginning to erase so much I was about to go right through the paper so I called it a day. Once again thank you very much, you gotta show me how to add color to them lol. It looks awful when I try

Alright decided to put Yuna on the back burner for now (sorry Himi) and found the Final Fantasy 500 project that was linked in Storm's profile and took on some characters for them. Here is my first one that I still need to color in: Black Waltz #2. The other characters that I will be drawing include: Shuyin, Weiss, Quale, and Valefor so any good pics you all can provide me with would be very helpful. Any artists that wanna help out with the FF500 check out the link in Storm's sig. Hope you like BW#2 =)

Been cranking out quite a few drawings lately, guess being in the Final Fantasy 500 has given me some inspiration lol. Here is Quale for the FF500.

Here is my fourth image for the FF500, it's Shuyin from FF X-2. Gonna draw Weiss next probably to go along with Dodie's Nero. Here he is:

Your Shuyin turned out really nice. Bet that took some time to get done, yeah? Nice eye for detail on the clothes and I like the color. I have a pic of Tidus I have to get done, but I'm dreading to give it color, because there's so much going on. However, I think Shuyin has Tidus beat in that dept., so kudos to you for getting it done.

Haha took me three days in different stints to actually finish drawing him because he has a lot of clothing and accessories on and then coloring took even longer lol. I've fairly new to adding color to my drawings and the process I have to go through is drawing the character in pencil, make a copy of it so I keep my original sketch intact and outline this copy with a dark ink pen which I can then scan onto my computer and add color with Paintshop Pro which is even more tedious then sketching it to begin with haha. You doing Tidus for FF500 or just for you? I've drawn him once and man it was tough, he was a lot going on as well lol, tons of accessories

Oh, I know what you mean about how tedious it is to add in the color to your work. I use GIMP paint tools in my projects, and it takes me a lot longer to do than just doing it by hand. The results turn out pretty nice though.

The Tidus pic I'm doing is for a person who requested it in my Art thread. I probably should have gotten that done before I took on the FF 500 project, but like I said, I am DREADING to actually put color in.

I actually took a request too for a Yuna drawing but it's been on my back burner for a while now because of all the characters that I've taken for the FF500 lol. This gonna be the first time you've added color using the comp? I know I was hesitant the first time I went to add color with PSP and my Zidane actually isn't as good as I'd like it to be considering I think it was my best sketch in strictly pencil but I've gotten better I think.

Thank you for the compliment, yea I've drawn all the drawings that you see posted as attachments here first in pencil then scanned them onto my computer to add color. No I haven't ever tried to sell my drawings, I usually do them just for me because I enjoy it. I only recently really started drawing for another reason and that's for The Final Fantasy 500 and online project to draw 500 different Final Fantasy characters. If I could find a forum to sell my drawings and they'd be desired I'd gladly sell them lol


EDIT: Gonna edit my last post to put up another one of my drawings. Here is Turks: Knife done for the FF500. I think it came out pretty well since I had to free hand her legs from nothing.
