Everytime i think of the EBG, I think of the old flash movies Korova made. Man those were hilarious.

I'm thinking, and we need something that sets us apart from the rest of the forums.
We need somethign to actually make us being the EBG and having our very own forum worthwhile.
Look at the BoD asshats. Look at how freaking active they are.
AND THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THEIR OWN PRIVATE FORUM!

I thought the public forum was just for like, getting new recruits and stuff.

Man I hate being in 2 clubs/clans oppose each other...ay... Anyway I think that we should however have a public forum, because BoD is very active. It takes more then a public forum to increase activity though. We need active members too. We need to get to posting more, we need to come up with more fresh topics other then who you idol most as a bad guy and how you plan to take over the world. Sure, those are great topics but we'll need more variety in topics for more club activeness. I think one of the things that increases club activity is having a event sponsered by the club. Its helped tremendously with many other clubs. Like for GDI we had Graphic Idol, which definatly helped with club activeness. its fun to do but we need to something related to the club...like an evil poetry contest or something.

So basically...I like the public forum idea, it will help activity, but making it public doesn't guarentee that we'll have activity. We need to post more as members as well and come up with creative topics. And a contest may help activity too.

The BoD and the EBG aren't opposed to one another like SOLDIER and EBG are, if they were, you wouldn't be here or you wuoldn't be there, either way, they'd be doing what we adn SOLDIER are doing and not allowing members of the opposite side to join up.Originally Posted by Rinoa.Heartilly

WTF!!!!!!!!!! I was SPAMMING that URL everyday in the friggin chats last year. That game took over my life for a few months... I had more than 6 characters... and I even bought the KoL underwear and donated to get a Mr. Accessory... then I got to the "end" or where the game hadn't been finished yet.
Yeah... it's fun... need more humor like that. Activity, too. I'm full of that myself... but not here. So yeah. I dunno. If it were up to me... we'd only have one thread where we posted whatever random thoughts we had for the day and talk from there. There isn't realy anything Evil or Bad about that, though.

But actually, I'm thinking about bulldozing both the EBG and SOLDIER forums at this point. They're both pretty much inactive and only serve to clog the main index.
On another note, Kazanthikus and I talked about moving what was left of EBG activity to somewhere like Whatever. Maybe start something up there. I'm not sure how much Usagi would agree with that though, since she has her own forums. Heck, a bunch of people have their own forums nowadays...So yeah. The imminent destruction of this bastion of doomy, fruity pie is going to force us to decide what to do with EBG, if anything at all.
And as I said, Big Brother is watching, and occasionally posting.
I don't care about little brother watching and posting, but he's supposed to be here.
So if we move, only little brother is watching, but I'd have to join. =p

Can you not make new posts in here, or something? This thread is pretty old. Back in the day when there was still hope that the EBG would actually do something evil, and these posts weren't just made to mock ourselves and our inactivity. I still wonder about Big Brother and Little Brother... actually, I dunno if I've ever seen that before. Was that before my time? Anyhoo...

j/k.... sorry.... I really can't believe some of you are still here.. and there is still EBG left... we were the smallest clan (and the pickiest).. why did we last?
Well years and 2 out-of-state moves later (I live in Northern California now) I find myself not being able to get away from it and have come back. Mostly it was people asking me for my movies. I found EVERYTHING today... everything i've ever done for the EBG has been saved, every sprite is accounted for, every banner is still there. Even Spek's late show comic.
I need to give my movies some tender care and they'll be back up. I posted up one already. I brought them back just for you guys :'(
I've kept in touch only with S, Sundance, Sarah, and Nightshade over the years.. occasionally Tiff on myspace. It's good to see some of you again, while others I have no idea who you are.
If you need a place to host them I can host them. I'm hosted by TFF afterall.

Well, y'know...I was gone from here for like a year. Then I came back for some reason and stayed. This is entertainment for a time, until I fill my time with other things, like a regular job and video games.
I don't suppose you'd remember me. I don't think I was around the forums before you had gone mostly for good. I was in the Hall of Doom/Hall of Pie chats a lot, though; TomtheBrick was my handle. You were in my movies for godsake, you were married to S (I have that chat still you know), and I also remember you lived in Columbus Ohio and at one point owned a S2000. (Oh and for some reason I associate Gundam with you, maybe it was in your aim name or something)
Taco: I remember you as someone who was introduced to me later during my time at TFF. It seems you were in the chats and that's how i know you.
GW Fuji: I don't know you. I have to admit I've never beat Suikoden or played its sequels... i'm halfway through it. S suggested this avatar because it "looked" like something I liked, the name began with a K (my previous avatars were Karsh, from CC, my favorite console RPG), he looked like a gunslinger, and there's the thing about "Killey" being awfully damn close to my real name.

The idea of a private forum is great because thats what EBG was about anyways. It was a club. We feigned interest in clan wars (or at least I did) hoping it would never start and I'd have to RP. When Che handed me the EBG I saw the opportunity to grab the chat crowd into our own forum.
