Who can I join?

Basically that, I feel like joining a RP (I haven't done in sooooo long) Apparently now you can't just join one, so what should I do?

Howdy, I'd suggest you look over the ones that are going on until one interests you, then find it's OOC counterpart and post that you'd like to join, along with a character. Then wait for an answer. Or you could always start your own.

Usually it runs that you make the OOC first with an idea of what the rp is about and what kind of people your looking for. Maybe post your own character as well.

If you have any other questions check the rp rule thread, and Dragonheart's guide to good roleplaying. Yeah I know reading rules stinks and such, but time changes the rules so make sure to give them a look through. Here is a link to the thread.
