K, Gai's squad now has their direction. You guys control the journey home, cuz I don't really think it would be necessary for me to post. Keep in mind that you can play Gai and the other sensei's, just don't overdo it or use them for any fighting. Truth be told if one of you wanted to make the post regarding getting your reward from the Hokage, you certainly could. After all, if you f*ck it up I'll straighten you out in a jiffy!

Name: Kenasato "Ken" Ichiijyoko (Usually called Ken because of common mispronunciations of his birth name.)

Specialty: Mainly Taijutsu -- including but not limited to: (may learn different abilities based on SL later on)
Dainamikku-Entori - a simple jump kick
Shishi Rendan - combo differentiating between kicks and punches starting from behind an enemy.


Village of Origin: Hidden Leaf Village, Konoha.

Gender: Male

Age: 13

Physical Description: Ken is about 5'5" and has an athletic build. His hair is black, and is matched by very dark eyes. He wears a white shirt, and usually black pants. A necklace can also be seen, though very simple, its silver color gleams when touched by sunlight. He wears his forehead protector, but it usually falls down on his nose on the account of him not being able to wear it correctly. He also wears black gloves that simply cover the palm of his hands, allowing his fingers to be seen.

Personality: Ken is a sort of happy-go-lucky type. He always has to be amongst friends and laughs a lot. Though when not in such a pleasant setting among strangers, he's very reserved, and thinks a lot in silence. One would be able to see how emotional he is when in such a state, but it would be hard to catch him in such thought when he's happy. When he fails something, he seems to fall into a much more angered or competitive state, as he had done so many times before.

History: Ken was born in Konoha, and has remained there since. He's learned a few techniques from some of the older villagers, but in his aspirations to be unbeatable, these techniques never quenched such a dream. His parents spoiled him in his younger years, thus forcing the children to think of him as snotty; since he spoke as though he was higher, and should lead the children, and how he would one day be Hokage. He was eventually beaten up by multiple kids and was kept in the house for years to come. This was fine for him, but when he was 12, his parents left to another village to get new crops for their farm as they did annually, but this time they did not come back.
A few weeks later Ken found that he was abandoned due to the way his parents were looked upon for his past behavior and current refusal to be schooled, and he was more of a burden to his parents at such an age. This began many of Ken's dark, reserved traits, and he eventually ended up a beggar, until an elderly man took him in and helped him to this point today. He now seeks training, to prove something to his parents, the people of the slums who ridiculed him, and to make the elderly man proud.

Ok Ken your approved but you will start off at the school like everyone else did. We should have a guy returning so you will be placed under his team which is perfect in my opinion cause its like a Shikamaru type. Anyways, I saw him in the ventrillo that I am normally in so he should be coming back soon. That team will consist of you, him and probably a NPC (Non-playable character). If someone else decides to join we can add him then you will have a set three man team.

As for you Dante I think you just blew up one of your comrades ... lol you obviously didn't read that he was waiting for a bit to take care of the ninja and was going to run in after he did so. So after he defeated the ninja he started to run back into the building but never actually met back up with Aurora... I am just saying if your curois on why shes so worried about him its because you threw a grenade or whatever that was into the building and it went boom... lol No worries though he won't be dead... but Sutoomu if you could be very injured like on the brink of death that would be great since all the ninja's are gone... And that is that I think... Hmmm... yeah lol ok.

Oh one more thing I forgot to post in my last one that just came to my attention. I let the thing with Sutoomu pass but from now on if something like that happens your character will die. So just be thinking up a replacement character as you roleplay the ones you got. Slip ups are going to be a little more costly now that we are in the role of things so make sure you know and read everything there is to read. I want this rp to be a little but more risk involved... And what he did was definately not God modding... it was a mistake so if someone dies of a mistake i dont want people pointing fingers screaming he god modded... that is all keep enjoying the rp ^-^

Cloud made some mention of the Chuunin exams. We will be having them, and we will be having them soon. Probably within the next week or two. What we're going to do is let everyone who is out on their missions get back into Konoha and have some time to do what they want. We'll announce the exams via the instructors or the Hokage, and then let you have some training time. This time is so that you can develop your character's jutsus and skills in the RP a bit more if you feel you haven't done so enough. It'd also be a good time to introduce any new jutsus you've been thinking about. (Surprises within the exams will be appreciated, but we don't exactly want you pulling out some ungodly technique that you've just been keeping up your sleeve for the entire RP)

So yeah. Next week is Thanksgiving week, and Mike and I will be out of school, as will most of you, I imagine. I expect this to be a slow week seeing as how well it is a holiday. So yeah that will most likely be the training period for you to hold training sessions and such if you feel like you need to. Nothing serious will really be going on during that time.

Yup yup so I just wanted to clue you guys in and tell you to start thinking about how you're going to be doing things. I'll be posting more details about it later, seeing as how I must leave for class now... Ugh...

As LS just mentioned we will be holding the exams starting December more then likely. And as I have been saying during these exams you are going to have to be extremely detailed and extremely well thought out. Remember by your actions me and LS will be determining on what happens with your character. If you do some bizare move we might alow it, but then your Chakra will be completely depleted leaving you open to attack. If you guys discuss the battle and which one of you guys will fall then thats fine as well. But I wanna try something by not discussing it and you guys just fighting and letting me and LS go in the OOC forumn and tell you guys how you are doing physically and Mentally in the battle. For example if one of you guys get hit in the jaw me and LS will be like ((ok you just got hit, your not to badly damaged but you are bleeding. The hit really did more damage to the person doing the punch because of the bone structure of a skull)) that of course was very vague and a basic example but its a start I think. But yeah the exams are soon to come... right around the corner actually lol.

Just remember guys we are going to be doing the training over the Thanksgiving break sooo, lol get that training in. You don't have to mention what your training but if you do just everyone remmeber that you don't know the technique. Unless you were there to witness the doing of it. Other then that please keep in mind that if you see the technique you will be surprised.

Anyway yeah, the training week was instituded in anticipation of people not posting, seeing as how we all have real life stuff to attend to. Keep in mind that you're not required to meet the minimum post limit during this week, but if you choose not to post any training then you will quite possibly be at a disadvantage as opposed to those who do when the Chuunin exams happen in about two weeks.

ALSO, AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT NEW TECHNIQUES! Please keep in mind that in the RP itself only about 3 or 4 days have passed, depending on whose posts you go by. All the techniques that you use are assumed to be techniques you have known for a good while. The Chuunin exams are not far away and realistically will probably be only 2 or 3 days in the future as far as the RP's time goes. That is, unless you want to do some extreme fast-forwarding, which seems kinda pointless to me. Therefore, if you're introducing any BRAND NEW techniques now, you probably should expect to not be that proficient in them by the time the exams start. What I mean is, don't go inventing any jutsus right now during the training period then expect to be able to have "mastered" them for the Chuunin exams. If we see that we'll bitch at you.

Consequently, Kinjozu, you might not want to start wearing those weights. Given the short amount of time before the exams, they can't possibly help you in any way, as we all know how difficult and lengthy weight training is. In order for you to be effective, like Rock Lee for example, you'd have to have been using weights for quite some time, even possibly before the RP (like your character always used them or somethin). I mean you can still use em, I don't care, but don't expect to be able to be like super fast or strong now because you started using them a week before the exams.

Please also note that if you do have a new technique you'd like to introduce and have proficiency in by exam time, you could always just say you've been working on it for quite awhile in secret or on your own or whatever. But yeah be careful when deciding to surprise us. It's a fine line between tasteful turns of events and unrealistic mumbo jumbo.

One last note to you Mike, Um doesn't live with his parents. He's not from Konoha, so he does not live with them. As I mentioned in my bio they sent him to Konoha to train. So picture his living situation as that of someone in a small apartment or a dormitory of sorts.

I basically just took out the last paragraph of the post. I am thinking about making one more post before you do LS describing the living arrangements of the place but then again I really don't know how it would look like lol I think you would have more of an outlook of what it may look like.

As for Ken you may post again if you want to, its quite possible that you might be taking someones spot soon if he doesn't return... how we will do that is still uncertain, but if anyone can get into contact with Detor and see whats up and why he hasn't really posted that would be great.
