Personality/Appearance: Appearance-wise, Mikomi is angelic. She has long, peach colored hair that falls just past her hips, and short bangs that run across her forehead. Her green eyes are kind, and yet strangely empty, and her skin is very pale. She is also extremely tall. Many people believe that she is a goddess from the King of Soul Society’s court.
Mikomi is kind and caring, but she can also be very strict. Her voice is light and apathetic, but when she gives a command there is an air of coldness hidden in her tones that make her subordinates afraid to disobey. Despite this god-like presence, Mikomi has a bad habit of being forgetful, slow, and clumsy. In fact, she recently injured Hitsugaya-taicho when she tripped down a flight of stairs and landed on him.
She loves Nikuman (Japanese steamed buns) and cats.
Background: Next to nothing is known of Mikomi’s past. She appeared in Seireitai out of nowhere one day, and asked to enter the Shinigami Academy. She proved herself to be very skilled, and was drafted into one of the divisions. She moved up in the ranks quickly, was transferred several times, and was eventually made captain of Division Three.
Zanpakuto Abilities: Mikomi’s Zanpakuto glows white when released for her shikai, and her guard takes on the shape of angel’s wings. It re-energizes her and any ally fighting around her. With a swing of her sword, she can call down pillars of light from the sky that burn upon contact.
Upon releasing her bankai, Mikomi grows a pair of beautiful, pure white angel wings. In addition to her shikai abilities, her sword gains the ability to shoot out beams of light. And, even if the beams don’t hit an enemy, they still pose a threat. If an enemy steps or touches a spot that has been hit by a beam, they get electrocuted. This effectively turns the place of battle into a minefield.
