Which is fine, everyone starts somewhere. However, you can't just work from the last post in the thread. RPs don't work like that. Because we're each playing a different character, events will often be occurring simultaneously across several posts. If you only ever react to the last post made you'll be missing huge chunks of the story.

If you need us to make a timeline to help you keep track of what's going on while you get your bearings, we can do that. You'll still need to read each and every post and take note of the details, though. If you need to reread posts three times and write notes down somewhere to help you remember while you write your post, do so.

Example Timeline:

Day One, Balamb Garden.
7:00 a.m. Dawn. Class begins for Arc Norman (Magi) in a second floor classroom. T-Rexaur attacks Storm (DragonHeart) in the Training Center.
7:15 a.m. Arc's class arrives at Training Center. Storm kills T-Rexaur in front of Training Center entrance. John (Ev) arrives late to class in Training Center.
7:16 a.m. Storm leaves the Training Center.
7:25 a.m. Arc brings class with John deeper into Training Center after burning the T-Rexaur's body.

As you can see, a timeline would be difficult to maintain for any length of time and would quickly become too large to be practical.
