I don't really have a song I can identify with more than any other really great song I like. But although I don't have many albums of Radiohead, I really feel like myself when I'm listening to Paranoid Android by Radiohead. It's the emotional rollercoaster some periods in my life seem to be. (Woh, that sounded emo...)

Come to think of it, a song of which the lyrics seem to fit me really well, is Eric's Trip by Sonic Youth.
