Songs that remind you of beloved persons

So I decided to make this thread. Aaand I have a few rules, to be honest:
Firstly, don't just say the name of the song and the person, I'd really like you to tell what emotions you felt, what the person meant to you, tell me something about that song, too.
Secondly, try to be polite. For example: If a Britney Spears' song reminds someone of his/her first love, then don't say "wahaha, only losers listen to Britney!". (Just an example!)
Thirdly, you can also post songs that remind you of persons you hate. x3"

I want this to be a thread full of emotion. <3 (Yep, I'm naive XD)

To show you what I mean, I'll start:

The Cranberries - Zombie
Reminds me of: my beloved brothers <3
My brothers may be the most important persons in my life, so it was no wonder that all the good times had to be somewhere hidden in a song. And it's Zombie, although that may seem strange. It was on New Year's Eve when we were playing table tennis (so that the time went by quicker xD). We left alone my sister and suddenly my brothers started to sing that song. They didn't sing well, but it was something I kept in mind. I knew at that moment that it was the end of an old year, but also the beginning of a new one. <3 And still, when I listen to that song, I remember all the good times we had. I really really love both of them, I'll keep this forever. <3

Evanescence - My Immortal
Reminds me of: My first love
Or let's put it like that: My first real love. There've been a few other boyfriends I had but he was the first I really loved. When I listen to it, I actually get sad, because I realize now that it's not a song about love, but rather about seperation. Today I listened to it again and I nearly began to cry because I really got seperated from him. .,. It's such a great song, and he was such a great person... *sighs* .,.

Evergrey - Words Mean Nothing
Reminds me of: A good friend I lost
I'm loosing too many friends, I recognize now. O.o"
So this was a guy I really really liked. I don't know if it was love, but I wanted to be near him all the time, I just wanted him to notice and like me. It's strange to explain but he seemed a bit mysterious and I didn't really know what I was to him and what he was to me, it was just a... kind of puzzle I desperately wanted to solve. The song is because I lost him, as I said, and that was because he didn't really care for anything I said. At the end, I had been absent for a while and when I saw him again he claimed that he didn't miss me and that I didn't matter... I felt so... sad and unworthy. I meant nothing and that made me sad... so that I sung that song many many times. .,." Just remembering him pains me again.


So these were just three, and I don't remember anything else now. But when I listen to a song that reminds me of someone I'll write again. >3

Oh I get all teary thinking about it...hahaaha!

Anyway the song 'Now You're Gone' by Basshunters. It reminds me of a girl I used to like at school. Not really gona go into too many details but yeah it always reminds me of her for some reason.
