One of the best 90s bands or at least im pretty sure there only 90s.Well anyway i had never forgot about there best song wonderwall but had forgotten about there other great ones like champaigne supernova and supersonic.And the way i remembered was that i was looking at my local goodwill and happened upon their 2 disc cd stop the clocks form like 2 dollars.So anyway just wanted to know if anyone had any thoughts on them.
I wake up everyday to the wistful She's Electric. I absolutely love them (apart from the fact they're Man City fans, just about forgivable) because they came from a place called Burnage, not too far from where I live.
And the music is pretty good too
My absolute favourite band from the Nineties! I was a HUGE fan of them!Definitely Maybe is one of the best debut albums out there, and I played What's The Story (Morning Glory)? to death.
Not too keen on their newer stuff (Standing on the Shoulders of Giants onwards), however they still make great music. their recent release Lord Don't Slow me Down was pretty much a return to form for them.
Though I was also a big fan of their archrivals, Blur.
Oasis was a great 90's band, definitely one of the best in my opinion. I love their music, it's catchy and their older stuff was the best. I agree with the above post, their newer music isn't as great but it is alright. I didn't like them until a couple of years ago because I was more of a pop lover in the 90's. It's rather embarrassing to talk about now haha.
