Is Miley Cyrus Hot?

I can't honestly tell. When she's made up in the videos I want to say yes, but I think she's probably not, and I have a sneaking suspicion when she finishes puberty she's going to explode into a Wynonna Judd esk fat blob. What do you guys think?

In fact rate her on a scale of 1-10. If you're not familiar with the Locke4God scale, it is rigidly defined as follows.

1. Fat, ugly, nastyness. Almost inhuman looking.
2. Still pretty fat, still pretty ugly. You want to vomit.
3. Bad. Not vomit inducing.
4. Obvious and serious flaws, but not terrible at all.
5. Your average run of the mill girl
6. Cute, pretty nice looking. Not hot, but good.
7. Very nice. Some slight, and minor flaws, but overall goodness.
8. Really really really bangin. Not getting in playboy, but WOW.
9. Perfect, but may not be exactly what you want, say she's blond instead of brunette.
10. Absolutely perfect in every single way.

Examples of each category, IMO

1. Rosanne Bar after a house fire
2. Rosanne Bar (just the overall grossness)
3. Rosey O'Donell (I don't want to vomit, but god she's ugly)
4. The Curley haired woman on CSI New York. I guess if I'm 50 I'd take her, but she's manish, old, etc.
5. Sarah Jessica Parker (Never seen a more plain women in my life. Why is she on magazine covers and make up commercials? You want to look like that ladies?)
6. Alison, whatever her last name is, on How I met your mother. She's also the flute girl on American Pie (Just above average, see what I mean?)
7. Carrie off of King of Queens. (She's really nice. Above Alison, but below knockouts like those above.)
8. Jennifer Connoly, or Kate from Lost. (Very very very nice, but not Mrs. December)
9. Jennifer Aniston, Natalie Portman (AMAZING, but minus the utter hotness factor of Alba)
10. Jessica Alba, Meagan Fox, (What wouldn't you do to/for these girls?)

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as trite as that sounds, it's still true. I guess for the sake of the topic, I do think she's a very pretty girl. She's a little over-exposed, imo (meaning that I think she has had a little too much publicity far too quickly, but I suppose you gotta make the most of those 15 minutes). Then again, it just may be the fact that my youngest brother is obsessed with her, and we have all kinds of Hannah Montana crap around the house.

This is all tounge in cheek by the way, and I'm happy for those who find the detailed and moderately offensive rating system funny :-) Of course I put thought into it!! And people come on. I know she's 17, and you're hitting me for the underage thing, but she's 17,,, not 11. There's a big difference. It's not as though on her 18th birthday I find her attractive whereas the day before that I was completely indifferent.

And come on. Don't play coy. Everybody knows that everybody else rates people on beauty, and it happens all the time. You may not have placed it into a rating system as I have, but whether you're 5 or 95, in an office building or at the bar, you know in your mind whether or not you're attracted somebody the very first second you look at them. ;-) You know you do it. Don't be shy.

By the way I gave her a 7. She's ok, probably better than average. She'll shrink up to a 6 by the time she's 20, and a 5 by the time she's 27. ;-)

This is how I see MiLey Cyrus..

PhysicaLLy, she is not hot.. nor sexy.. she's Like average compare to many teenagers or girLs the same age as her that I've seen and she's not that pretty, TayLor Swift is much much better Looking than her.. and.. she's very disrespectfuL and Likes to make fun of someone (ex. Demi Lovato). She isn't a very good singer.. and her voice is sounded like someone scratching on a chalk board (I just can't expLain it)! And when she taLks.. it's so very annoying.
