Is Miley Cyrus Hot?

I can't honestly tell. When she's made up in the videos I want to say yes, but I think she's probably not, and I have a sneaking suspicion when she finishes puberty she's going to explode into a Wynonna Judd esk fat blob. What do you guys think?

In fact rate her on a scale of 1-10. If you're not familiar with the Locke4God scale, it is rigidly defined as follows.

1. Fat, ugly, nastyness. Almost inhuman looking.
2. Still pretty fat, still pretty ugly. You want to vomit.
3. Bad. Not vomit inducing.
4. Obvious and serious flaws, but not terrible at all.
5. Your average run of the mill girl
6. Cute, pretty nice looking. Not hot, but good.
7. Very nice. Some slight, and minor flaws, but overall goodness.
8. Really really really bangin. Not getting in playboy, but WOW.
9. Perfect, but may not be exactly what you want, say she's blond instead of brunette.
10. Absolutely perfect in every single way.

Examples of each category, IMO

1. Rosanne Bar after a house fire
2. Rosanne Bar (just the overall grossness)
3. Rosey O'Donell (I don't want to vomit, but god she's ugly)
4. The Curley haired woman on CSI New York. I guess if I'm 50 I'd take her, but she's manish, old, etc.
5. Sarah Jessica Parker (Never seen a more plain women in my life. Why is she on magazine covers and make up commercials? You want to look like that ladies?)
6. Alison, whatever her last name is, on How I met your mother. She's also the flute girl on American Pie (Just above average, see what I mean?)
7. Carrie off of King of Queens. (She's really nice. Above Alison, but below knockouts like those above.)
8. Jennifer Connoly, or Kate from Lost. (Very very very nice, but not Mrs. December)
9. Jennifer Aniston, Natalie Portman (AMAZING, but minus the utter hotness factor of Alba)
10. Jessica Alba, Meagan Fox, (What wouldn't you do to/for these girls?)
