I like anything that isn't slow country. For some reason I just can't take that stuff. I even like the upbeat country. I really don't like genres, I think it's dumb. Reason being is that I like things that push into 2 or 3 genres and really mix it all up. For the most part I like upbeat stuff.
Can't say that I have a favorite genre because I listen to everything that sounds good to me, but I listen Gothic Metal the most so you can say that is my favorite genre.

Really anything 'cept for most country and rap...its wierd, I only like a few of each but I can only handle it in doeses.
I have two favorite Genre's, rock and classic rock. My favorite rock artists are Chicago, Journey, and The who. My favorite classic rock artists are Billy Joel, ACDC, Van Halen, and Bob Segar. These are just my interpretations of what each of these artists belong to. I may be wrong about some of them, i'm not to sure though.
i also like classic rock too. its a good alternative. i still like indie rock and ratt!

Hmm. hmm.. I like to describe my taste in music as following: Metal - but only melodic. Seems a bit confusing, but give me some melodies and I'll probably like the band. <3
Besides, I don't like most of the genres ending with "-core". Somehow that's just not my world.
At work we currently listen to Folk everytime. And I must admit... it's motivating. XD I really like it, somehow. It's not the music I'd listen to all day long, but it's so funny that I really love to work XD~
Other than that, I'm pretty tolerant. I don't like Techno for some reason (too much computer stuff, no good melodies, etc.), but the rest.. I'm quite okay with. x3~ I like some Pop songs, mostly those of the 80's and 90's (my childhood xD) and there are also some Rock bands I like. (Erm... Crash Test Dummies are the best example ^^)

I could sit down and listen to anything, from slow country to rap. But I swear to god if there's lamb of god poof I'm gone. Its the voice, music's good, almost everything is good in the band but the voice. Its like the singer shoved a mini saw blade down his throat and tried to sing oprah... obviously he couldn't becuase if he was good at oprah, we could have we would have another iron maiden on our hands

I love most genres with the exception of most rap,hip-hop,and country.As for the genres that I do enjoy,I will no. them from fave to least fave.

I love a lot of genres. The main one's however are:
Rock, Acoustic, Alternative, Punk/Rock and Hip hop
I listen to many forms of music. However, I would have to say my music tastes leans toward metal and rock. My favorite subgenres of metal is Gothic, Atmospheric, Doom, Death, and Progressive. I like some Black and Power though. As for rock, I'm a huge fan of hard rock and alternative. I also like Industrial, Aggrotech, and House.
