Favorite non-English songs ( no instrumentals!)

Inspired by the "does anyone like Japaneese music" (or something like that...) thread. Obviously there's people who listen to music from other languages . I just wanna know whats your favorite? doesn't have to be Japaneese . Link or no link doesn't matter, just show some love .

My favorite would have to be " Plus Rien" by "Les CowBoys Frigants" its french and is about the end of the world and the last person. This band is very good and I recommend it to anybody who knows or wants to learn French because there are English words in if not this song, some of their other songs

Even got a rePETEr (<---- like that ay? AYYYYY?) on the back burner.

Block: I do like the rePETEr except it kinda makes it sound like you're going to pork Pete. No homo.

I always liked YELLE: they have a weird style, but they have a lot of cool songs, makes me want to learn French.

    Alright, who censored my rocketship?

I'm thinking about creating a hybrid. A dolphin-monkey. Half dolphin, half monkey. Do you think it's possible?
I was thinking that since I'm artificially creating it, I'll create it with rocket fuel instead of blood, and thus it will be able to fly, using the dolphin's dorsal fins as wings. And from the air, it will look down upon us all and protect us against sharks, and search for bananas.

I'm one of those types of people that like listening to music that has the lyrics in Latin. Idk why. Maybe because I think it just sounds neat. Thanks to Unknown Entity, I was able to find this song. I really wanted to know the name of it, but I just could not for the life of me figure out where to look or what to search for.

I don't really listen to anything else that isn't in English, aside from the occasional Japanese music. I have some stuff from Gackt, Utada Hikaru, Youmi Kimura, and Ayaka. The main reason I have those is because they are on my some of my VG music soundtracks.

I find it hilarious when there is a song in a language besides english and it becomes butchered when it gets translated , or when people make "mis-heard" lyrics. Songs like Carrameldansen and Numa Numa. A great song is the leek spin

    Hrm...

Well, two of my favorite songs by a non-English band is Art of Life and Forever Love by X-Japan, but the lyrics are in English, sooo....

Well ****, I'd say Kurenai by the same but it starts off with an English verse...

In fact, most X-Japan songs use an English word or two, or an entire verse here or there, so I guess I'd have to technically rule them out, though they are my absolute favorite non-American band.

Sooo I dunno why but I frackin love YouTube - Tragedie - Je Reste Ghetto ONG-BAK MUSIC VIDEO but again, has English verses. *sigh*

    I guess YouTube - Apocalyptica - Helden
^ Apocalyptica doing the music, singer from Rammstein doing the vocals.

    Edit:

I really liked http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTz9L...eature=related from the Beck anime soundtrack.

Let's see...Hijo de la Luna by Mecano is a good one although I'm not really good at Spanish so I don't understand most of the lyrics.

One of my favorite non-English rock songs is "Sve još miriše na Nju" by Parni Valjak and even tho I like most of their songs this one would be my favorite, it sounds excellent and lyrics are also amazing.

The only decent song Celine Dion did, Pour que tu m'aimes encore (So that you'll love me again) It reminds me of lower secondary; I remember being mildly impressed when the late, great Smash Hits magazine published the lyrics. I'm sure it was on one of my compilation CDs I bought at the time. I can't find it so I must be mistaken.

I remember this from a car advert not long ago: Plastic Bertrand - Ca Plane Pour Moi. Very silly, but fun!
