It's tough to tell with princess parrots, usually you have to wait one to two years until they are sexually mature. I'm still not sure what my Bandit is but I assume it's a she by behavior but usually the male's have a longer tail. There's a difference between beak and iris colors too apparently but you can't see this until they are mature. It's a pain really but you have to wait. You could get a test done but that costs money, usually a lot so it's cheaper to just wait.
Whats the best way of telling the sex at such a young age we do actually think that our Baby is a she instead of a he, as he tries to bite my fingers as I type this message haha We also think he may have curvature of the spine and the dodgy breeder didn't mention it but I wouldn't give him back for the life of me he is so cheeky.
