I wasn't followed on my trip to Sinking Spring this morning, because Luca kept that stray dog's attention. Maybe a bit too much of its attention. I am hoping there isn't any puppy-making going on, especially with the stray dog. I think puppies from those two would look very ugly. I asked Carma about that fence that she has in her storage unit. She said that she will go and get it, though she isn't sure how big it is. As long as it is big enough to give her some running room and prevents Jackson ...

Today was Take a Stray Dog to Work Day for me. The stray dog that managed to keep up with me last Friday ran with me today as well. The ten miles to Peebles, the 25-mile paper route, and the 10 miles back home. I felt bad for him, because he was limping from running so much. I carried him in my arms some on the way back. But he is a heavy dog for being so small, and so I couldn't hold him for very long at a time.

On her way home tomorrow, Carma is going to pick up a dog chain from Lowe's for Luca. In the event that we are not able to bring Luca's house here, such as my brother flaking or Dad changing his mood. Oh yeah, I should tell you that my brother will be over here in the next few days to help get Luca and everything over here. I will have to make sure that I keep Luca's papers where I can find them. I'm still struggling with feelings over losing my mom.

I'm still mad at her in so many ways.

She was such an amazing woman.. But not to me.

It's a long story.

But her birthday was this past Friday - on the 11th. Which was also the 4 month anniversary of her death.

It really sucks that this is the way I remember her. And there's nothing anyone can do to change that.

This morning I woke up to a chill inside the house. I looked out the window, and saw that it had snowed. And not just a little snow. A lot of snow. And that explains the chill in the house. I had no idea of the weather, and therefore I had not prepared for it by turning on the furnace. Since I was up and moving around at that point, I got dressed and didn't have to turn the furnace on.

Because of the weather conditions, Carma didn't get back until after 11am. But right before ...
