A: In Bartz' world, it's located on the southwestern side of the map, just south of the Ronka Ruins before they lift off. In the recombined world, it stays in the same place, except this time it is southwest of Castle Bal and the Gil Cave.

Q: True or False? It is indefinitely proven that Exdeath died at the end of the game.

Hah, I don't even remember the exact answer to my question anymore. I'd have to go back into the game and equip Bartz to see what it was at this point.

A. Strictly speaking, it isn't proven for a definite fact that Exdeath died at the end of the game. It merely says he was absorbed by the Void. Now, taken by itself, and the fact that you defeat the "Void-enhanced" version of Exdeath, Neo-Exdeath, you can assume he's dead. But the Advance version presents a surprising revelation on that note. Enuo was also absorbed by the Void just like Exdeath was, but you can find Enuo still alive at the end of the Void part of the new bonus dungeon, so that seems to imply that Exdeath may also still be alive and trapped in the Void.
