Hm...well, I like your sig banner. Very dark. The chick look pretty cool too. xD Though, I don't see the need to have "Slayer" on it in two places. The one on the top left corner is sufficent in my opinion.
But, I'll give it a 9/10. Simply because I think it (the whole thing) would look a lot better centered. ^^;

It's nice, Rinoa is my favorite female character in any Final Fantasy so I think it is great. The effects you added are quite nice. I've rated it before but I still think it's neat. 9/10!
