A. To obtain Tifa's last limit break "Final Heaven" you have to play the right notes on Tifa's Piano in Nibelheim. To obtain her Ultimate weapon "Premium Heart" you have to get the key to Sector 5, go to the Wall Market and go the tent that had a automatic machine gun at the top, there is a red button that was once broken before and the gun tried to shoot you last time, but now it is fixed so press the red button and Tifa's Premium Heart weapon will pop out.
