A: It's at the same place as the scorpio if i remember correctly, in the Qu's cave near Treno. Don't know what's described on it though
^ You find out her name when you go back to the Eidolon Wall in Madain Sari on disk four. If you search around, there's a message on the wall from Garnet's/Dagger's father to his daughter and wife.
As for what's on the coin, the message is this:
"Their future was uncertain, but Scorpio and Virgo kissed in the light of dusk. That moment meant everything."

But just for the sake of the thread, I'll give it a shot:
There is a seal at the Iifa tree because when the summoners tried to summon an eidolon, they failed to do so, and it was customary for summoners to just seal them away when that happens.
