A.) Missing Score can be found on the staircase right before Hojo, and I think you Have to have Barret in your Party for it to be there.

Yes it was my trivia question for you guys. You are right the only enemies that have them are Deenglows(Train Graveyard) and Shadow Makers(Tunnels before Prod Clod fight.)
