A: There are three in total to find.
The first you can get by triggering the "Assist the WRO members!" Stage Mission, and assist them until they unlock the laser gate to you. The first Report is at the end of the path, up a ladder with several other items.
The second is on a roof top behind the flight of stairs after you enter the city of Deepground.
And the third is in the room with circular pillar that rises when you stand on it, the report is on the ledge to the north.
