Current game: White Knight Chronicles.
Platform: Playstation 3.
Current play through: Considering I'd played through a lot earlier this year, but started again... this is my third. But really my second, because I've only finished it once. xP
Current game completion (if known): I've competed it. About... 30% done on this run through though to get the NG+ items.

Current location: Lagnish Desert.

How have you been using your in game time?: Currently, I'm looking for the NG+ items and levelling up on quests. I'm going to go for the platinum, so I need lots of money. x.x

Current objective: Hit level 50 and then rebirth, and make my first 1,000,000 gilda. Also, find all the NG+ items.

Next objective: Work on my Guild Rank until I'm GR8.

Thought of the game at the point you are currently at: FML. No, I'm kidding. I'm not bored of it yet, just trying to find the willpower to repeat a quest 600 times to get to the next GR.

Total game overs?: My party have been wiped out once in the main story. Online, I was killed twice, but you just start from the beginning without loss if you solo them.

Favourite event so far: Maybe the ending. There were quite a few plot holes in the story to be able to pick my favourite part.

Favorite character and why: Caesar. He's just really witty and funny, but inside that punk kid there's a really strong sentimental side.

Rate the game if you have beaten or completed the game (1-5 stars; 1 being poor while 5 represents excellent): I give this game a 3. Or a 4, because I'm feeling generous. It's a good game, but the story lets it down. I hope the second game clears up a lot of the problems I found.

Comments: It's a fun game to play online with friends. Building your own town (Georama) online is a lot of fun, and it's nice to see how others have been creative with their own personal space and their characters. The community seems pretty okay as well, with a lot of helpful players.

Levelling up, saving gilda, getting GR points is all a bit tedious, but nothing is free, and the good stuff doesn't come easy. You just have to get stuck in if you want all the game has to offer.

Favorite event so far: the challenge against the spiny koopa, its hilarious when he makes combos or chains because he sounds constipated everytime he does a combo or chain and kinda throws me off when it happens.

Favorite character and why: Yoshi, hes brave and determined

Comments: This game helps my thought patterns the most and i will continue to play this game even if i beat it again. I'm going to play it more often than usual for some reasons.

Favorite event so far: Hmm...I like Albana, the Dragon Knight arc, the Kara/Caesar subplot.
Favorite character and why: Caesar. I think I mentioned this last time, I didn't expect to like him but he's a great character. Love his dialogue. Kara is pretty awesome too, until the silly plot 'twist'.
Rate the game if you have beaten or completed the game (1-5 stars; 1 being poor while 5 represents excellent): Story gets about a 2 for reasons I shall not mention, online stuff gets about a 4 though. So far. Ask me in a few GR ranks. >_>
Comments: Story has tons of potential, most of it unused. Quite irritating. I feel like they went way overboard with all the grinding and such required to be decent in online play. It's artificially difficult, which I don't like much. But as Gemma said, the online can be fun with friends.

How have I been using my in game time? I've been exploring and getting used to the new things like the pokegear and pokedex. I've been figuring out the layout of towns and catching and leveling my party.

Thought(s) of the game where I'm currently at: I love the pokemon game series and I'm enjoying this one too I just find it a little tedious in the beginning because it's always the same stuff happening. I also hate only battling lvl 4 pokemon and then trying to raise them to my starters level so I can take on gym leaders.

Rate the game: There isn't much to say because it's a pokemon game and I find if you like one, you'll like the rest however, I'm overjoyed to be in Johto again on the DS.

Comments: Once I catch all I can I will transport them to my Diamond game which is my main game where I'm trying to fill out the pokedex 100 %. I need only 56 more till I'm done and have caught them all.

Thought of the game at the point you are currently at: So far, I like it. :> The characters are really sweet, the music is good, I like fighting in this game. But the fights are way too easy. And the background information about Chopin is really, really boring. Sorry, but I couldn't care less about Chopin. ^^"

Favorite character and why: Polka & Allegretto. Polka's just supersweet and Allegretto is a good fighter and quite intelligent it seems.

Thought of the game so far: it's pretty good; nice soundtrack, neat battle system, and the story isn't that bad. The game has a bit of a learning curve but once you understand things it's pretty fun. The battle system is turn-based and you can either attack separately or in pairs. Theres only two party members and you have to carefully plan out how you attack because in pairs one monster can hit both at one time.

Thought of the game at the point you are currently at: Quite good, interesting battle system. Ill give major points to RPGs that break the standard molds. Not that I dont like classically structured RPGs but new is good too. It also has sprite graphics and cartoonish 2-D backgrounds which I love.

Favorite event so far: Ummm.... I suppose the part where your platoon commander holds the front while you escape with cloche. Not that epic but I'm not far in either. =P

Favorite character and why: Leglius I suppose. Hes your commanding officer in the army. I mostly just like his voice acting and his sprite. Cool personality too from what I've seen.

Comments: Seems quite humorous so far. Lots of adult humor and innuendos. The portrayal of some young girls in it verges on creepy as well, but if your a long time fan of Japanese media its nothing unfamiliar. Another point of interest is the defensive phase features timed blocks like in Mario RPG which is sweet imo.

Comments: Thing is, I'm tired of playing the same game with little to no difference. Shallow, and predictable story, same characters with little to no personality, exact same locations, it became rather tedious, and repetitive to be honest, but then again some of Nindendo games do tend to be like that. Gameplay is fun as always, and I do like somewhat mature approach, still, not good enough, not for title as Zelda.

Comments: Honestly there have been certain points in the game where i dont know what im doing or why im doing it. The license board is a good idea but character customisation is held back by each character's stats, i want Fran to be my mage but her magick is lower than Ashe's, for example but i'll finish the game before i can deliver a final verdict.

Comments: The experience this time around is amazing. They have done really well in using a really old idea, that should have run its course by now, and still making a similar game, and still making it really special at the same time. Pokémon games are great, but I feel like this one is going to be the best of them all.

Thought of the game at the point you are currently at: Peace Walker is vastly improved, highly polished version of Portable Ops, with excellent gameplay, both interesting characters, and story it has to be one of the best games I played on handled console.
Total game overs?: Quite few I'm afraid, all thanks to PUPA.
Favorite event so far: Chapter 2 intro, Big Boss on a donkey having a little drink...
Favorite character and why: Metal Gear Solid offers interesting characters in almost every entry, Peace Walker is no exception. Character I'm particularly fond of, one playing major role in this game, would be Miller. Adding backstory to key characters is certainly a nice touch, Miller is one of few who have an interesting background.
Random stat you want to include (wins, looses, party stats, ect ect): My combat Unit consists out of 30 soldiers, currently it's on lvl 17., R&D team - lvl. 19 (22/50), Mess hall Team - lvl 15. (21/50), Medical Team - lvl 16 (21/50), Intel Team - lvl 18. (20/50), and I have one soldier in sickbay.

Comments: Love the RTS, and RPG aspects incorporated into Peace Walker, recruiting soldiers is noticeably easier, less frustrating in other words. The whole indispensable army thing going on is vastly improved, compared to Portable Ops that is. Gameplay, story, characters, music, overall content, Peace Walker in general can easily overshadow some of the big titles on vastly superior consoles.

Thought of the game at the point you are currently at: Wow. There's really not much else for me to say.
Total game overs?: Several. TBF, I didn't realize right away that Anders' gambit thing had glitched, but between this new file and Fenris, I don't wipe much anymore.
Favorite event so far: Don't really have one, though there's a lot of great moments. Not to mention the excellent banter.
Favorite character and why: I still really like Anders, but Fenris has grown on me too. Especially after recent events. Wish I'd left my romance options open longer. Ah well, there's always the next game.

Comments: I've made friends with everyone except Carver (he's a colossal douche so I don't care about him either way) and Merril. Merril's actually hard for me to befriend because I generally always have either Anders or Fenris or both in my party. Ahh, mutual hatred. I should have made her a rival instead. I even maxed Aveline and she's a stuck in the mud lol, can't do anything fun around her.

ETA: I just noticed something really cool. I had just started act III and was running through Darktown to leave after talking to Anders in his clinic. I was solo cause I was just talking to all the companions, not expecting to do any fighting. A group of enemies spawned when I was halfway to the zone line. I was totally not prepared and figured I would die, but I happened to backtrack into the clinic, trying to kite them because I'm a mage and healing magic has a long cooldown.

So they followed me in and...imagine my amazement when Anders, who isn't even currently in my party, just starts wailing on them with his magic. It was awesome. XD The only thing that would have made it better is if he either automatically partied with me or was able to use all of his skills and not just his basic attack to help me out.

Apparently Isabela does the same thing if you get in a bar fight without her.

How have you been using your in game time?: Running around and doing sidequests, mainly. I've found so many, it's hard to believe that such a small section of the game would house so much. During that section, I managed to save up a hundred gold sovereigns and you only need fifty.

Current objective: Search The Deep Roads.

Next objective: Unsure.

Thought of the game at the point you are currently at: I'm really loving this game, more so than the previous one. Combat has hugely improved, the majority of the voice acting, depth and amount of quests, loot and having a place to store items from the off, and having your own character able to speak. It's a lot of fun.

Total game overs?: Zero. I wiped out once in the demo though, but that doesn't count.

Favourite event so far: I don't have one. I did recently, however, find Gamlen in the the Blooming Rose, and he said something like "I won't tell your mother about this if you won't." I thought it was funny. ^^;

Favorite character and why: I really like Hawke. Sure, they're just yourself, but the conversation options can be so witty. And I've fallen for female Hawke's voice - so pretty. I also like Varic. He's a laid back kinda guy, no matter what the situation, and has come out with some really witty remarks. Anders is nice too, but I feel weary of him.

Random stat you want to include (wins, looses, party stats, ect ect): Umm... I have almost all of the bonus gear/unlockables. Just need to finish Legends for the rest of it.

Comments: I'm in love with this game. In the first game, conversation had its high points, but it wasn't nearly as good as this one. It makes a whole lot more sense, and I like how the main character has more involvement from that point of view.

I'm not too happy about the lack of... uhm. Characters to romance. I... can't really see my Hawke being with any of them. =(

Current thoughts of game so far: It's nice to play as Roxas again aswell as the other members, for a 3D ds game its quite a good one.

Current Game Overs Around 3, although alot more in mission mode due to the enemies being stronger.

Favourite Event so far: There havent been that many significant ones to date, i guess i could say when the members from CoM are shipped off to Castle Oblivion.

Favourite Character and why: Need i say? Xigbar. He's my favourite member of Org. XIII due to his attitude, weapons and quotes "why do you always look at me like i just drowned your goldfish?"

Comments: I really like this game. i'll admit when i saw the NZ$45 pricetag i was a little dubious but there have been worse games for twice the amount. Mission mode is a good alternative if your bored of story mode as it can get quite repetitive at times.

Thought of the game at the point you are currently at: It's no secret how much I love this game. The story, the characters etc are truly remarkable. I haven't enjoyed a game this much since FFVIII, and that really is saying something.

Favorite event so far: It's a tie really. I loved ending C, but I also like playing the part at the Aerie to get a piece of the key (which would be the second time you go there).

Favorite character and why: Holy Knight Lans. He's the leader of the Holy Knights and because he shares the same first name as the leader of the death knights, it almost makes this "two sides of the same coin" thing. They're both named lans and one's a dark knight and the other a holy knight. I just like that theme and I think the characters suit it well.

Comments: This game rules! It's probably one of the best tactics games out there and I'm glad that I can finally know why FFT nerds rave about it. It is in fact my favorite tactics game, but FFT will always hold a special place in my heart. Mmm.

Comments: Wind Waker is bit different from your usual Zelda game, you have huge open sea as your playground, new characters and cartoonish style, but that's about it. As with Twilight Princess, I already played this countless of times before.

Comments: The entire start was slow, and tedious, it got better, though I'm still not seeing any major improvement over first installment. I don't like what they did to certain characters, Seifer for instance, he's supposed to be badass, instead he couldn't be lamer, and what's with Vivi's voice. Visiting various planets, and solving it's issues is fun as in first Kingdom Hearts, though the part with Gummi Ship is still pain in the
ass. Considering that I've only put eight hours into it it wouldn't be fair to judge the story, eight hours is nothing for a good RPG. I'm sure I'll like it more as I progress further.

My personal rank of favorite in game tasks from most favorite on down are getting all the abilities for each job and race, getting all Chocobos (requires six moogles/mog knights), getting all Clan Priveleges, running through the three 'Tors'(I don't know what they're called or their locations (maybe 'Moon' Tor, 'Sun' Tor, and 'Star' Tor, but I know at least that there's three throughout Jylland), and completing all quests including game completion.

Comments: This game excludes the waiting period if any character goes to jail by breaking a law and fainting during battle. The new equipment list is acceptable by anyone's standard's I guess. And no equipment duplication secret either. I like to use remedies for confusion or berserk if that's what they can cure, now that law bonuses and auction houses offer that kind of replenishment method versus straight out handing over your savings for them.

How have you been using your in game time?: To level up as little as possible and continue the story line to complete the game while learning the different aspects of the game (cards that mount to eligible equipment and add certain characterstics like poison resistance or stat boosts, smithing that improves stats of equipment permanently, battle menu operation like setting shortcuts from the main menu to in game shortcut menu). This game requires only fighting from the area to the next, as long as you do that between all the required scenarios and keep distributing the status points to increase stats (instead of the simple leveling up that does that automatically you can distribute them individually: strength for attack power, agility for accuracy and evasion, vitality for defense and resistance to status changes, intelligence for magic power and resistance, luck for avoiding critical hits or hits altogether)
Current objective: Heading to magical city of Geffen.

Thought of the game at the point you are currently at:The battle music is more mature and likeable. I have no idea what Ragnarok online is but I enjoy the menu system and story progression speed not to mention the character design and in game equipment display on the characters.

Favorite event so far: Fighting a willow tree monster as part of 'Find the old man's son' scenario. The willow monster's graphics were actually simplistic which lightened my first feeling of how difficult it is to animate and this scenario is similar to Legend of Dragoon for Playstation when Tio is lost in the woods and you have to kill the big wolf.
Favorite character so far and why: Ales. He's the only one that can equip the 'Bunny Ears' so far (in this game when you change equipment or jobs the character's display changes as well unlike most games like Final Fantasy IX where only the weapons are specifically displayed in battle).

Comments: It was difficult to get used to using only the stylus but you can navigate with the d-pad with your left hand and use your right hand to use the stylus to activate and use abilities/items from the in game shortcut menu, mark the next enemy to attack (which is how you get the main character to attack/target and enemy), and operate all other menus. Learning how to set the shortcuts was my first great discovery, it felt blessed to learn how to set it because I was running around as Novice and unable to use 'First Aid' to heal myself. It almost didn't matter because Sierra heals all the time after you get through the first dungeon. But it felt just like learning how to use gravity control for the first time in Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity, and for me the character was Jet who used it in that game when I finally figured out how to gravitate to side walls in the second Megalo City map.
