Nope, it does have to do with both of those somewhat, but there are other factors, and the number of arrows and cards doesn't specifically matter. If you have twenty of the same exact card with the same number of arrows, it's not going to increase your score at all.

A little closer, but you're still missing something. I'll give a little more info about the two factors you listed to make it easier. As far as arrows go, each unique arrow configuration is worth 5 points, and as far as cards go, each unique card is worth 10 points. That's 1500 points, but the true max score is 1700. There is one other factor that is used to determine your collector's score.

Card Image max= 1000
Number of arrow combinations= 5 points for each max= 500
Attack types= X= 1 A=2 P and M= 0 max 200
So number of cards (1 each) x Arrow combinations x attack type= Collector rank.
