Well I've watched Advent children about 50 times, had that craving to start a new file of FF VII, so Im going to go do it. I havnt heared FF VII in surround sound yet.. so its something new to me! w00ts! Ill tell you guys how fast my eyes hurt from the choppy graphics tomorrow.

Something I've noticed in the past too... Supernintendo = love the graphics still to this day. PS graphics = hate. My eyes seriously have to adjust to the choppy graphics, and solid bright colors of the older PS games.. I honestly prefer any super nintedo games graphics to some of the older PS games now.. yet I remember when it came out I thought those graphics were WAY better... are my eyes just getting older?

Edit: Actualy I think its just the solid bright colors of FF VII. It seems games like FF VI, though not all 3d and able to show as much detail.. did indeed show better detail...In a weird strange way.. if that makes sense.

Anyways...some good news for the elder members of the cult and former UL memebers. Any of you remember 'Paladin'? Well for those of you who don't he was a member of the UL back in the day a strong believer in it's codes XD Unfortunatly he got drafted by his countries army ( Israel ) and had disappeared for quite some time, however at the moment he is here in the States ( 2nd tiem I've called my country that in 2 days...I have too many Intl friends XD ) He has a TFF account. I think it's practically a given that if hew posts here he's in. Correct? good (more memory refresh, he used to FFL with us using a monk named 'Paladin' )

Kotor - Still going at it. It's a real strain not to do some of the evil things sometimes (because I've already beat the game that way), but I'm going for kind of a neutral, semi-good but pissy about it type character.
AOE3 - Yes, I started playing it a little bit again...and I thought I sucked before. X_x A single moderate computer used to be no problem, now I can't even take that. My poor French army was decimated by those krauts. ._.

In other news, I haven't been home much lately (including right now!), so the only gaming I've gotten has been some Counter-Strike: Source via LAN. Hardly old school, I know, but I'm practically dying to get home after work this afternoon and resume my regular schedule of NS/OS/NS/OS/etc. It's fun to mix things up.


Currently Playing:
CS:S (PC) - my buddy Chad made a new map, so we've been testing and tweaking it a lot over the past day and a half. It's fun, but has a couple of bad design flaws. It's mostly dark though, forcing you to use your flashlight in the maze and such. Really good strat map.

Anyway, I'm sort of "gamed out" at the moment. Finishing KHII and not really having the money for New Super Mario Brothers (for saving for my New Zealand trip) puts me in a pickle on what to play. I'll probably be playing the hell out of KoFXI when it comes out at the end of the month

I went ahead and picked up Brain Age and Nintendogs finally though. Brain Age is fun! It really is guys. It was my first time playing Sudoku, and I had a blast. The speech recognition isn't nearly as bad as they say (text recognition on the other hand...damn 4's). Nintendogs is fun, although I'm having more frustration with commands more than anything else. I'll try to pick up on DQVIII again now that I have a PS2 controller with Turbo
