Well, for the banner, I like the Sora picture in the middle. I haven't seen that one yet. I thought you were a Roxas fan though? Or maybe a Ven fan? Same difference.
What's the design things in the middle for though? They look weird to me, and I don't think they fit, but it's your concept, so if it works for you then it's all good.
I like the Kingdom Hearts Fan userbar though. It's nice.
Hmmm.... I give your banner an 8/10. I docked a point because I no like the dark clouds and the faded look of the Sora on the lower left of the banner. I docked another point because the two images in the middle don't work for me. Sorry.

I think the anime girl is cute. ^^ I don't know where she's from though.
The colors are nice and sort of "pastel", which gives it a soft and serene look, and the eyes just grab the viewer's attention because of how big they are and how blue the color is. I also like that it matches your avatar, because it's the same girl.
