Well, the unthinkable has struck again...I'm once more restricted to the world of no-net-connection. This means only one of two things. I'm going to lose what's left of my mind, or I'm going to play a ****ing hell of a lot of games that I never usually get to play cuz I've always got my nose stuck in FFXI. Hey guys. Been a while. I've been busy too with a grand variety of things. Although I've been gaming quite a bit.

First of all, you guys remember that Lord Sephiroth. The one going around who REALLY thought he was Sephiroth.

Ever wonder why he stopped posting? Well I might've had something to do with it.

And he hasn't posted ever since. Which I guess proves once and for all, Orochi could kick Sephiroth's ass any day. W00t!

And now for my CP

Kingdom Hearts II (PS2): Great game, I've taken a break a break from it for other games, but I'm mostly just leveling up and taking care of other tasks in the Journal. If only I had a capture card, because I made some really kickass original ships including an X-Wing, the Nadesico, and an Apache Helicopter (which was the ship that ended up destroying Hunter X, the boss in Assault of the Dreadnaught mission 3, AkA the Death Star run).

King of Fighters Orochi Collection (import PS2): A VERY Import friendly title. It's basically 3 ROMs of KoF 95-97. While it doesn't run QUITE as well as an emulator could, it's still far better than the craptastic Last Blade collection. And like I said, the games are very import friendly as 96 and 97 have language options. Also the ROMs for the PC don't have Color Edit or Arranged soundtracks do they?

KoF Maximum Impact 2 (Import PS2 Copy; Will be released as KoF 2006 in the US): This game just RULES! Okay okay, so I'm bias. But I have NEVER seen so much fan material and care put into a fighting game since SSB:M. Sure Non-SNK fans will probably see it as an average, okay, fighting game, but it's a REAL treat to SNK fans. Every character has up to 16 costumes (Includes cameo costumes like Iori as Setsuna. ROCK!) Unlockable stages are great. Great soundtrack. They even put in 35 CLASSIC themes for the Neo-Geo land stage which CHANGE based on who you're playing as. And Lily Kane is just so cuuute

It'll be great to play this game in English!

Over at a friend's for the evening, so putting in a word.

Situation on the net: I was connected via router through my downstairs neighbors. They apparently didn't pay the bill for about the last 4 months or so, without bothering to let me know, so I now have no net connection. They also seperated, so I'm guessing it won't be back on anytime soon. I'm most likely gonna take a different friend of mine up on the offer to move in with him and his mom, since 1) I've lived with them before, and they make good living neighbors really, and 2) He already offered to keep the net connection paid up. ^^

Spending time now working on a wallpaper using my Mithra, current main jobs (PLD and NIN for those of you who don't know =P ) and my current gear and/or wanted gear. 1280x1024 on mine, that way I can actually have a desktop wallpaper at the same rez I use. Let me know if anyone else wants one, I can check in again some time and see what's up. ^^

Remember how I said I'd start gaming again on Monday night? Well, it's Monday night, and I've already installed the expansion and I'm picking up the remainder of the updates online. Yep, I'll be whoring myself to MMOs again in a short while.

Of course, that will probably inspire me to play other games, too.

I bought a new PS2 memory card at the same time I got the expansion, so I'll be able to replay Kingdom Hearts again before purchasing Kingdom Hearts 2. (Yes, I do have Chain of Memories, and yes, I will play that as well.)

In other news, I love it when employment agencies fuck up and waste my time -.- sigh. You see I'm covered by my doc and some certificates about me not being stable enough to do some lines of work, now that IS noted on my records for Centrelink (government department, financial aid to those without work) but he still somehow managed to send off some appointment forms. He rang up Centrelink direct and they told him he screwed up just about.

Also been pondering taking my Austar (cable tv with all the funky channels) out to stop the constant sucking of money from my account. Still pondering the move however, there IS some nice stuff on there but I dont watch it much besides maybe trying to wake up in the mornings and whenever the Cricket Season is on (November through to April/May usually) but aside from that not much really. Missed a few weeks of X-Play because I just plain well forget to turn it on..

Got halfway through that Alone in the Dark DVD too, its based off a uber old game series for those who didnt know. Need to whip that shit back out and finish watchin it, but maybe I should do it .... IN THE DARK! ... wooo.

Why is it in FF7 , when yuffie steals your materia you can't kick her ass? I wanted to bitch slap her soooo bad. I have been having trouble memorizing whay materia does what, and also what to use agaunst certain creatures. I guesss I need to bursh up with the manual a little more. I think cool colors do well woth cool colors, but then why can't I use all with every character?? Or can I ...i am confused. Memorizing it all is really tough.
