I'm not so sure about this first one, absolutely stupid comment. I am not so sure what it was before, but that seems rather insulting even if the person that receives its desires that title. You seem to be making a lot of changes and bringing up a lot of things for having only had your office of position for a day or two now. Don't let that power go to your head now.
