Listen, i'm an expert in being 19, i was 19 for an entire year(>_>) so i know hell a lot about it. So i'll give you some tips:

1. Booze, tons and tons of booze. You must set your solely purpose of existance into getting drunk. But as you're still underage drinker in your country, do it with more caution.
2. Sex, i mean, do i have to explain any further than this?
3. You're right that this is the last year of the inmature teenage days. So do tons of inmature things, DO THEM AND ENJOY THE BITCH OUT OF IT. I didn't and I regret it
4. Brag your age on people that is younger than you. Most of them are really idiotic like not to known that it has no significance at all.
