Not that I know of. The only way to get it is by wagering the Ragnarok. Sure you can use a GameGenie, but that's cheap. The Esper is much more useful in my opinion. If all your characters have good strength, and a fairly strong weapon, (not to mention if they're at level 99) you can do 9999 damage all the time. Ultima comes in very handy at the end, especially with the Gem Box and Gogo. (X-Ultima twice =P)
