I got some first world problems going on its great love it hehe

Internet went completely out Friday night, just thought it was a temporary thing so I went to bed. Saturday it was still down, I call ISP, they will send someone out to look at it this morning. That never happened, no call no show etc. I have to work, come home later, re call ISP, they apologize and will send someone out Monday morning. OK fine it happens NP.

I have the morning off anyways, and go in to work at noon on Monday so this will work perfect. So I'm up and waiting at 7am, then 8am, then 9am, 10... 11... 1130 rolls around, I call and ask what happened, they said they are sorry and had something come up, and will reschedule for tomorrow morning. I'm a little annoyed but I have the day off, so that won't be a problem..

So again I wait, same stuff happens until 12:30pm, I call back and check what's the issue, now I'm getting a different lady who tells me that the technicians don't have a set schedule; they don't tell customers they will be arriving in the am or pm, they just call beforehand sometime on that day... Oh ok so first two customer reps lied to me I guess damn.... I have no choice but to remain at home the whole day in hopes that the tech arrives, nice.

About 2pm I get that miracle call from the based internet technician of many internets. He asked me when he could come over, I politely give him the brief story, he says he will be on his way now. Great!!

So about 2 and a half hours pass with no sign of him yet. I call back his number, goes straight to voicemail. He calls me back a half hour later, apologizing that he had a work emergency to deal with. I assure him it can't be helped, it happens. He said he gets done working his other job at 9pm and would come over after that since he lives nearby. I told him that would be great and that I would owe him one. I text him about 9:15pm asking him if was still okay. He responds that it may not be until a little after 10pm if that's okay. I respond with a "that's cool with me, I'll be up until whenever, feel free to stop by afterwards." Its getting a bit late, so about 11:30pm I sent a text to check in. No response.

Almost 1am now and I've been without internet for almost a week. I know and get that the tech was just trying to do me a favor but like come on man don't lie to me like that lol.

I successfully detoxed myself off of caffeine for almost three months now, but tomorrow I'm taking redbulls, Starbucks, and Ritalin, and I'm going full John Wick over the phone at these people until they fix the shit I've been paying a premium for.
