Here is the article i mentioned from the other month. The developer stated he is working on both legend of heroes and a new Ys game. I noticed the bottom photo of the article that depicts an iPhone displaying LoH characters.

What I'm getting at is that I think the next legend of heroes is seemingly aiming for a iOS release and the picture you posted in the topic has got to be Ys. That's why I am predicting a Ys game. If this is true, then the dev is hinting at Ys VIII
EDIT: Ohhhh.... this site elaborates on the hinted titles. The iphone game is apparently a falcom x social game from what I read.
