This is highly incorrect. I managed a McDonald's for a number of years, and can assure you that their "healthy options" are not at all. Take a chicken wrap for example. They have two options crispy chicken, and grilled. The crispy is just a chicken select which is breaded chicken strip. The grilled would seem like the healthiest option except for the fact that McDonald's grilled chicken is soaked in butter while you are grilling it.

As for the salads there same thing. Crispy or grilled chicken on it. If you can do a salad from there with no meat, and no dressing I supposed yeah it may be alright. But why the **** would you go to a fast food place for a salad when the makings of it are very affordable, and it is simple as shit to make on your own.

I was just stating that they have healthier options, which they do.

And buddy I'm 6' 1" and i weigh 155 pounds so you are preaching to the wrong choir. She asked which one is HEALTHIER to eat at, and I gave my opinion, never did i say that the crap they serve is health for you in any way!

On note: Their are also turkey dogs which are much better tasting then hotdogs and without all the garbage inside regular hotdogs.
