Where did the level up system go?

I myself have been pretty unhappy with this Vbulletin 4 business and have compiled a list of concerns. If none of these bother anyone else, feel free to criticize.
For instance:

1. WHERE is the frapping ARCADE with the actual games?
2. Will I NEVER be able to customize my profile page AGAIN?!? (I had just gotten all my colors perfect)
3. I've stated this elsewhere, but TFF light version looks drab and dark makes me feel villainous.
4. I've noticed that another very similar forum has a 'Shout Box' is that impossible for you guys to make?
5. I've already complained about the blogs, no one wants to hear that.

Sorry, but these are some of the things that have irked me over the past few months.
