Oral has always been foreplay for me. Sure, it's fun, it feels good, it's great to watch, but I've never gotten off from receiving head alone. I keep hearing, "you just haven't gotten good head", but I'm pretty sure it's me, not her. I've had a pretty good variety in quality of oral sex. It is odd, though, that when most women hear that, they just think that I'm trying to offer them a challenge -- like I think they'll work harder at it if they believe they'll be the first to make me orgasm from it. No ma'am, I just want you to realize that it's just foreplay to me, so don't start something you can't finish in one way or another.

Cunnilingus, on the other hand, is something I've heard I'm pretty damn good at, and I thoroughly enjoy doing. I would have to actually pick up my last girlfriend by her thighs, because otherwise she would flail herself off of the bed (the sheets would still be torn off, but at least she wouldn't fall off the bed). And because I'm good at it, I love doing it -- I'm the same way as a few others here, in that I get off on getting her off.

But still, it's foreplay. I don't reach that point from either giving or receiving oral sex, so it's just something that leads up to actual intercourse. Now, I might go down on a woman for half an hour or more before sex, and she might climax half a dozen times ... but it's still foreplay, an appetizer leading up to the main course. Which, at that point, is even better, because she isn't just "ready to go" but well on her way, and she'll gladly do the majority of the work, if I let her.
