I'm pretty sure they safe, but most people are skeptical about it. Only con is that they're a little more expensive than normal condoms in the store. Online, they're quite cheap, or break about even.

They ARE the immature version of condoms. Doing the helicopter in the dark with one of those on is hilarious!
