Not gonna lie, I would be very skeptical about putting anything that glows in the dark on my weiner. I'm sure they're tested and fine to wear, but still. I just imagine they're made with the same stuff that glow sticks are. Plus I can be a complete child, and would absolutely have to put on Sandstorm and twirl it around like glowsticks at a rave circa 1999.
