Nono Ram, You're right. My boss was talking about this theory the day we went out for lunch on my last shift. It's interesting and makes sense. There's a book about it and I can't remember the name. It explains this theory and uses people like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs as examples. Bill Gates was given a computer 'type device' (Probably just your average type writer or the step up from that) when he was little and was able to spend that 10000 hours on it, thus mastering it. If you think about it, I have probably spent that amount of time studying Aviation. I feel knowledgeable about it imo. So this theory does seem pretty true.
