Being one of the sole surviving members of my gaming family who made it past the beginning cut scene and went on to win that game, I'd have to say every guy in it could have used a serious makeover and attitude adjustments. But to each his own. Anyhow, favorite boss? Other than the obvious insane Sephiroth, Ultimecia. Creepy AND hard to beat. Not to mention she's got that eerie sway over people...
