Welcome to TFF. I ran an IP search for other users with the same IP address and I am not pulling up any other accounts so either you are correct that your old account, if you had one, got deleted or never existed. Only other thing is that you might of used a different PC and the IPs are different and that is why I can't pull up an old account.
