"You're not alone" from FF9.

FF9 isn't really even one of my top FF picks but that song and the scene in which it plays really struck me.

Other then that I like:
Magiteck factory music (FF6)
The Bike Chase music (FF7)
Jechts theme (FFX)
many others from FF6
basically any boss or airship music as well
