CPU, because of the insta kill move that made things kind of hard. I also liked Dark Bahamut and Lunar Odin/Bahamut.

The boss I liked the most was the Cagnazzio battle. It had the feeling of a major boss with everything of the first 1/3 of the story leading up to that battle. Plus the dramatic events following, it was a very important battle.
