To your credit Andro the TOH and it's short completion should actually promote people to put more into their posts.

It is true though that commitment is always going to be a very hard thing to encourage in the rp forum. I mean it's the internet and there isn't really anything keepin' someone posting.

I would agree that if the rp forum did start to pick up it would bring some interest to lurkers like me.
