I have to say Zidane and Garnett,cuz idk..there..unusual.But in second is Squall and Rinoa.lol

I say that Genesis and his Loveless book are my favorite couple. Man! Talk about undying devotion!

No, but seriously.

I have a few favorites:

First would definately be Zidane and Garnet. Thier whole interaction with one another screamed "Awww! Wouldn't they be so cute together!" It was sort of like watching an episode of "Mad about You" because they bickered with each other a lot, except FFIX was more entertaining. I hope that if they have kids, they have monkey tails and horns.

Next would probably be Tidus and Yuna. I am not that big of a Yuna fan, but I think it's cute that it was sort of love at first sight for her, at least that's the impression that I got. Maybe it was the same for Tidus as well, but he did have a wandering eye for a little bit (at least the way I played the game he did! Hur hur hur!)

Finally I like Cecil and Rosa.

Hell, they actually get MARRIED at the end of FFIV! I can't really think of any other couple that did that.

Honorable mention: Just putting it out there that I think that Ashe and Rasler (FFXII) made a great couple.

My personal favourite would have to be Locke and Celes from vi. I just love how the relationship develops from Locke being initially reluctant to trust her to what it was.The interaction between them at the opera house stands out.

Mine would have to be Squall and Rinoa, they are such a sweet couple. Yuna and Tidua are another favorite, they seemed to enjoy each other's company very much and had fun together even though the times were very tough.

I like Cloud and Tifa as a couple.. even though they actually aren't but I think they'd be great together. xD

They both expressed or showed us how they Love each other very much,

in FFX, Tidus protected Yuna not just because she is the summoner but because he does feeL something about her, and in FFX-2 we seen how Yuna wants Tidus back with her, by finding him.. and so on.. :-)

Aww.. and I was amaze on how strong and unbreakabLe their Love for each other too especiaLLy with Yuna who stiLL hopes for Tidus to come back, even if they were apart for quite a Long time.

That's why they're my favourite coupLe! :-)

Definitely Zidane and Garnet. They had the best developed relationship in the series, I think. Also, I liked Yuna and Tidus.

My first choice would be Cloud and Tifa - to me their relationship was the deepest, most complex and well-contructed relationship in the series.
A close second is Zidane and Garnet...you saw it coming from MILES away but Garnet at least played hard to get.

. So that kind of detracted from the "ahh cute" factor for me.
Cecil and Rosa...meh...Cute and committed, it was pretty established and not really dealt with too deeply in the storyline (in the SNES and GBA versions at least). I haven't played the DS version yet so I'm not sure if it goes into the dynamics of their relationship a bit more.
Did I mention Squall and Rinoa? I didn't? Oh....lol. That about sums it up I didn't mind their coupling but it did not have any major appeal to me. Bringing him out his shell was all very cute and heartening, I suppose it had its moments...

Squall and Rinoa would be my choice. they had such contrasting personalities, but couldn't help but fall in love. there are more reasons for liking that couple, but I don't want to spoil anything.

Edge and Rydia were always something of interest to me. It was clear that Edge was in love, whereas Rydia plays harder to get. There's actually a really good thread on their relationship in the FFIV section of the forum.

But overall, I'd have to agree with the Zidane and Garnet matching. Their relationship is wonderful.

Definitely Sephiroth and Cloud, their relationship was simply too bizarre, it was disturbing to see how much they were obsessed with each other, also Cloud was gay from the start...

Joke aside, Zack and Aerith were just adorable in Crisis Core, shame though their relationship was only for a short notice.

Zidane and Garnet are also a cute couple, it was fun to watch they way they treated each other the first two discs.

I'll have to go with Yuna and Tidus. They (and Zidane and Dagger) were the only couples that I was rooting for. Cloud and Aeris was probably the worst. Cloud didnt care much about her throughout the game but as soon as she died, he acted like he loved her so much. Cloud is just such an idiot, they made him to fickle and changing.

Actually, I've changed my mind.

I like Biggs and Wedge when they were in FFVIII! Though all the FFVIII couples are pretty good. Zell and Pigtail girl, Laguna and Raine, Fuujin and Raijin/Seifer. Squall and Rinoa was funny and pathetic at the same time: I thought they were great. Also whoever said Rinoa is Ultimecia needs to play the game again.
